Zionism is not racist. Zionism is the right of Jewish people to live in their on Homeland Israel. I would accuse the Green Party of antisemitism. They have never condemned Hamas of the atrocities they carried out on 7th October 2023 before and since. They have never condemned the atrocities carried out by Palestinians through out the years or their pay to slay policy.
They have put their name to it, so there is no need to email them asking. Ask the other councillors on St Helens Council instead.

On 4 October 2026 the Green Party of England and Wales passed a motion declaring that "Zionism is racism". It brands as racism the belief, held by around nine in ten British Jews, that the Jewish people have the right to a homeland of their own, and binds the party to treat that belief "as any other form of racism".
